Who we are

This website is operated by SynqLedger Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17300577, whose registered office is Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ, United Kingdom. SynqLedger Limited is the controller of the information described in this notice. You can contact us about anything in it at info@synqledger.com.

What this covers

This notice describes how information submitted through this public website is handled. It does not describe data processed inside a customer's SynqLedger environment, which is governed by that customer's agreement.

What we collect

If you submit a demo request we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, country, company size, area of interest and your message. We also record which page the request came from and the time it was submitted, to prevent automated abuse.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your request and to arrange and follow up on a demonstration. When you submit a request we send an acknowledgement email to the work address you gave us, and we notify our team so that someone can reply. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database hosted in Ireland (eu-west-1). The store is private and is not readable from this website. Access is restricted to the people who need it in order to reply to you.

Who else may see it

Only the people at SynqLedger who need it in order to respond, and the service providers who operate this website, the database that stores submissions and the transactional email service that delivers our acknowledgement and notification emails, acting on our instructions and only for that purpose. We do not share demo requests with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.

Where it is processed

Demo requests are stored in Ireland, as described above. Some of the service providers that help us run this website and deliver email may process information in other countries in the course of providing their services; where they do, that processing is governed by the data-protection commitments in their terms.

Cookies and technical data

This website sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it embeds no third-party trackers or social pixels. Fonts and images are served from this site rather than a third party. Your browser stores one small entry so that scroll position is restored as you move between pages; nothing in it identifies you. When you submit a demo request we record the page it came from and how long the form was open, purely to detect automated submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we are in contact with you about the request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You submit a demo request voluntarily, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can ask for a copy of the details you submitted, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, local data-protection law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your national data-protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us at info@synqledger.com, or using the reply address on any message we send you, and we will action the request.

If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
